To me, the Group Commitment, law abiding, and coordinated system and thought are the most essential formation factors in our theatrical society. We all know that the manifest and style master group with the Western and European method may not take place in Iran at its maximum meaning, but based on the above factors, the group with its partial definition may take up certain meaning and entity at the current situation.
"Poosheh Theater Group" has no aim but the theater wich is created and personified by a coordinated thought, will intention and existance relying on constructive laws and regulations of a group movement.
We all deem that the theater is the highest,the most constructive and the holiest group movement in the world of Art.
How good it would be if the name of this group could be named after the simplest and most primitive instruments of ancient drama art "Pousheh" which is the Persian meaning of idiomatic word of "Mask".
"Pousheh Theater Group" never desire for more than this at the current time and in the future. This group is looking for the theater and no more.

تعهد گروهي، قانونمندي، نظم و تفكّرِ هم‌سو، به تصّور من، بنيادي‌ترين فاكتورهاي شكل دهنده به گروه در جامعه تئاتري ما است. گروه صاحب سبك و مانيفست به شيوه اروپايي و غربي مي‌دانيم و مي‌دانيد كه در ايران به معناي غايي‌اش شكل نمي‌گيرد؛ اما با تكيه بر فاكتورهاي فوق، گروه با تعريف نسبي‌اش، در شرايط موجود هم تعريف مي‌پذيرد و هويّت مي‌يابد.
گروه تئاتر"پوشه" هدفي جز تئاتر ندارد؛ تئاتري مخلوق تفكّر، اراده، نيّت و آفرينشي هم‌سو، با تكيه بر قواعد و قانونمندي‌هاي سازنده يك حركت جمعي.
كه تئاتر را، اين ميانه متعالي‌ترين و سازنده‌ترين و مقّدس‌ترين حركت جمعي در عالم هنر مي‌دانيم.
چه بهتر كه نام گروهي، وام گرفته شده از ساده‌ترين و اوليه‌ترين دست‌افزارهاي هنر ديرينه نمايش باشد:"پوشه" كه پارسي شده واژه مصطلحِ"ماسك" است.
گروه تئاتر"پوشه" چيزي بيشتر، نه مي‌خواهد، نه خواهد خواست. اين گروه تنها تئاتر مي‌خواهد. همين و تمام!
